Prawn Masala (Shrimp Masala)—Short Recipe
Ingredients:
Shrimp Masala Recipe (Prawn Masala): Indian and Pakistani or Bangladeshi favorite dishes
Prawns (saaf kiye huay) – 500g
Pyaz – 1 (barik kati hui)
Tamatar – 2 (paste ya barik)
Adrak lehsan paste – 1 tbsp
Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
Haldi – ½ tsp
Namak – zaroorat ke mutabiq
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Hara dhania – garnish ke liye
Tel – 3 tbsp
Tareeqa:
Tel garam karein, pyaz golden brown kar lein.
Adrak lehsan paste daal kar bhun lein.
Tamatar aur tamam masalay daal kar oil separate hone tak pakaein.
Prawns daal kar 5–7 min tak pakaein (zyada na pakaein).
Garam masala aur hara dhania daal kar mix karein.
Ready! Garam roti ya chawal ke sath serve karein.
